FIFTY PEOPLE DEAD
French Train Smash COLLISION NEAR PARIS By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. (Received July 30, 5.5 p.m.) Paris, July 30. At least 50 people were killed and many were injured when the ParisSaint Etienne express collided with another train at Villeneuve Saint Georges, just outside Paris, at 11.15 last night. The first four coaches of the express were smashed to smithereens.
