The sale at Ngaio on June 11 of milk not complying with the standard prescribed by the regulations was admitted by Thomas Henry Cole, Khandallah, in the Magistrate’s Court, Wellington, yesterday. He was fined £2 and costs. It was admitted by an inspector that dozens of samples had been taken previously without disclosing anything wrong, and the trouble on the morning concerned was stated to be insufficient stirring.
