Commission Appointed « - (British Official Wireless.) (Received July 29, 5.5 p.m.) Rugby, July 28. The commission of inquiry into the recent disturbances in Trinidad will consist of Mr. John Forster, deputyumpire under the Unemployment Insurance Act, chairman; Sir Arthur Pugh, retired trade union leader; Mr. Thomas Fitzgerald, lately PostmasterGeneral of Kenya, Uganda and Tanganyika; Mr. Kenneth Vincent Drown, third Puisne Judge, of Trinidad; and Mr. Gwilym Arthur Jones, Commissioner of Agriculture, Imperial College of Tropical Agriculture, Trinidad.
