Wellington Beaten By Auckland An interprovincial table tennis match between Auckland and ■Wellington, played in Auckland, resulted in a win for Auckland by 13 games to six. The contest wa,s keenly fought, but the predominance of players using the modern tennis style was a factor in Auckland’s win. 'Boniface, Wellington, and Boys, Auckland, were outstanding. Boniface. in defeating the New Zealand champion. Cantlay, played a clever game, using his forehand drive strongly.
