Lady Kingsford Smith, widow of the famous airman, is a through passenger by the Monterey to join her parents in New York. “I know I shall have a wonderful time with my friends,” she said, “but at present I am sad at having to leave baby in Australia. He is so sweet now—four and a real man.” During the two months she will spend in California Lady Kingsford Smith will be the guest of a wellknown novelist in Hollywood.
