On Holiday Lady Hosking is staying at Mount ; Harper Hostel, Peel Forest. Mrs. R. K. Cowan, Wellington, is visiting Auckland. Mrs. J. D. Brosnan is a Wellington visitor to Auckland. ■ Mrs. G. Glennie, Wellington, is a visitor to Auckland. Lady Carncross and Miss Sybil Carncross, Eltham, left Wellington for the south last night. Airs. Alfred Mills, ■ Johnsonville, is visiting Wanganui as the guest of Mrs. A. G. Mills, M’anganui East. Mrs. H. H. Ward, Lower Hutt, is staying with her mother, Mrs. R. S. Matthews, New Plymouth. Mrs. J. Coyle and Miss K. Coyle, Palmerston North, are spending a short holiday in Blenheim. Mrs. J. T. Martin, Wellington, who is spending a holiday in the South Island, is now in Dunedin. Mrs. George Hutchinson, Wisconsin, United States of America, who has been visiting relatives in New Zealand, has left for Sydney, and will return later to Wellington. Mrs. R. Caughley, Kelburn, has returned from a month spent in the South Island, and is now staying with Mr. and Mrs. Keith Clayton, at Paekakariki. She will return to 'Wellington on Monday. Miss Erima .Muir, of the Melanesian Mission, has been staying with her sister, Mrs. A. J. McNeilly, of Palmerston North, and is now visiting Te Horo. She will later return to Palmerston North. Miss Muir is on holiday in New Zealand, this being her second visit to the Dominion in the last three years, the opportunity having come this time with the visit of the non* steamer Southern Cross.
