New Zealand’s Prosperity ADOPTION OF PLACEMENT SCHEME By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. (Received April 19, 8.10 p.m.) Sydney, April 19 The Minister of Labour in ihe Victorian State Cabinet, Mr. E. .1. Mackrell, on his return from New Zealand, expressed admiration of the Dominion’s placement scheme for dealing with unemployment. ‘‘l think it will fit well into our scheme, and I intend to recommend its adoption to the Victorian Government,” he said. Mr. Mackrell was impressed by New Zealand's prosperity, and commented on the pride of the citizens in .their own property.
