Hon. R. Semple’s Victorian Investigation By Telegraph—Press Association. Christchurch, April 17 The Minister of Public AVorks. Hon. It. Semple, said to-day Dial be had decided to postpone his proposed visit to Victoria lo investigate the electricity commission system in that State until after the return to New Zealand of the Prime Minister, Rt. Hon. M. J.
