Plans of J. A. Mollison (Received April 18, 6.30 p.m.) Paris, April 17. Tlie English airman, J. A. Mollison, told the “Soir” that he hoped to fly to Cape Town, starting on April 25. He hopes to complete the journey in 24 days.
