A further certificate of “The Freedom of the City of London” was brought into “The Dominion” yesteriltty. This certificate was awarded 81 years ago to the late Mr. Thomas Wray Hall, of Wellington. Mr. Hall was in the services of the Government Printing Oilice as a bookbinder for a number of years. The certificate, which is a, copy, is in the possession of the only survivor of Jlr. Hall, his (laughter, Mrs. W. 11. Brumley, Johnsonville.
