£400 TO CHARITIES
Late Mr. William Beckett’s Bequest Under the will of the late William Middleton Beckett, of Island Bay, who died in September last, £4OO was bequeathed to charities. In accordance with the wish of the testator, the trustees have distributed the amount to the following institutions: —St. Barnabas Babies’ Home, £100; St. Mary’s Home, Karori, £5O; Wellington City Mission, £5O; Melanesian Mission, £100; St. Hilda’s Church, £5O; St. Cuthbert’s Church, £5O.
