(Received April 2, 12.47 a.m.) Aden, Jtpril J. Thousands of Arabs, Indians and Somalis watched the brilliant scene when Aden was proclaimed a colony at a public ceremony in front of the statue of Queen Victoria. Messages from the King and the Viceroy of India, Lord Willingdon, were read.
