Alan Dies in Hospital

By Telegraph—Press Association. Ashburton, April 1. Robert Mason died in hospital last night from injuries received when he was struck by a motor-car while walking on the Main South Road at Ashburton. The ear was being driven by Frederick Robert. Bremner, Dunedin, in the same direction as Mason was walking. Mason was a labourer, 6-1 years of age, and had been in the county 30 years. He had lately been on sustenance. He has no known relatives.
