Selfridges (W.A.), Ltd. Selfridges (W.A.), Ltd., has been formed to operate stores in Western Australia. Nominal capital is £250,090 in £1 shares. Issued capital at the outset will be £125,000. Selfridges (Australasia), Ltd., Sydney, receives 15,000 paid-up shares for its trading rights in Western Australia, and will also take up ."0,000 shares for cash, besides acquiring an option over an additional 17,600 on similar terms.
