SUIT BY ACTRESS
(Received March 28. 6.30 p.m.) Los Angeles, March 27. Constance Bennett, in a suit against Gaumont British Pictures for 65,000 dollars for breach of contract, alleges that only two pictures in which she was engaged to act had been produced, and that the company had failed to account for the stipulated 10 per cent, of the gross receipts.
