To-days Recipe ORANGE MARSHMALLOW CHARLOTTE
Beat 4 cupful cream until stiff; then stir into it 4 cupful halved marshmallows. Peel and chop 4 orauges into small dice. Soak 1 tablespoonful powdered gelatine iu 2 tablespoonfuls water. Warm the orange dice together with J cupful orange juice. Add melted gelatine and stir constantly until the mixture begins to thicken. Remove from fire and add cream aud marshmallows. Line a mould with sponge fingers or small pieces of sponge cake and turn mixture into this. Leave to set. .When set, turn out and decorate with cream and cherries.
