The Fog of War.-A French military aeroplane, using exhaust emission and canisters thrown to the ground, setting up a smoke screen of the type projected for the protection of infantry in open country under war conditions. M. Cot, the French Minister of War, recently revealed that the French Air Force is being very considerably expanded to keep pace with the increasing forces of surrounding nations.
