Sydney, at 2 o’clock in the afternoon of FRIDAY, MAY’ 7, 1937, for the purpose of: — 1. Receiving the Report of the Directors on the business of the Society fur the year ended December 31, 1936. 2. Electing an Auditor in lieu of Milton F. Johnson, Esq.. F.C.A. (Aust.), who retires in terms of By-law 29, but is eligible for re-election, and has given the requisite notice that he is a candidate for the vacancy. 3. Declaring the amount of divisible Surplus for the year ended December 31, 1936. The Directors —.to are due to retire in terms of the By-laws are SIR SAMUEL HORDERN and CECIL HAROLD HOSKINS, ESQ., both of whom are eligible for re-election, and have given the requisite notice that they are candidates for the vacant seats on the Board. The By-laws provide that no member shall be eligible for election to the position of Director or Auditor unless notice in writing of his being a candidate shall be given to the Board or to the Secretary, at least Thirty clear days previous to th'' date of the Annual Meeting.
