RAW MATERIALS FROM DOMINIONS
Large-Scale Policy Urged London. March 24. A large-scale policy for obtaining raw materials from the Dominions and colonies was urged in the House of Commons by Mr. Ellis Smith (Labour —Stoke), who alluded to two islands north of Australia “which contained the best and most easily worked iron ore deposits in the world.” and from which the Japanese are taking all the ore.
