GERMAN AMBASSADOR TO WASHINGTON
Berlin. March 2T. Dr. R. H. Dieckhoft. chief of the Anglo-American and Near-East Department at the Foreign Office, has been appointed Ambassador at AVashington. Dr. H. von Mackonseu, son of the war-time general, and son-in-law of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Baron von Neurath, succeeds Dr. Dieckhoft’.
