OXFORD WINS University Boat Race TWO-LENGTH MARGIN First Time Since 1923 (Received Marell 25, 12.54 a.in.) London, March 24. Oxford won the university boat race from Cambridge by two lengths. It was a magnificent race. Oxford last won the race in 1923 in 20min. 54 sec., by three-quarters of a length. Last year Cambridge won by live lengths.
