MACARTIIY’S CITY AND PHOENIX BREWERY again draws publie notice to the fact that, on sales by it of ale, stout or other fermented liquors iu bottles, it sells only the contents of such bottles. 'L'HE BOTTLES ARE NEVER SOLD, BUT ALWAYS REMAIN THE SOLE PROPERTY OF THE T. G. MACARTHY ESTATE. All bottles when emptied of their contents must forthwith on demand be delivered either to the Brewery or to its Agent appointed in that behalf. Persons delivering bottles at Wellington to the Brewery or its Agent will be paid for their care and trouble iu preserving and so delivering the bottles a reward at the appropriate rate fixed by the Brewery and ruling at the time of such delivery.
