Union Cargo Service

The following aro the movements of Union Company vessels engaged in its intercolonial cargo service:—

The Gabriella, from Grafton, is to leave Coff’s Harbour to-day for Newcastle and Port Stephens to complete loading for Auckland and Whangarei. The Kaikorai is to load at Newcastle tomorrow for Wellington aud completes at Sydney for Auckland and Wellington. The Kaimiro is to leave Wellington next Wednesday for Newcastle and Sydney to load for Lyttelton, Dunedin and Bluff.

The Kairanga, from Eden, Port Kembla and Sydney, is now discharging at Auckland. She is to leave there again about March 25 for Newcastle and Sydney to load for Auckland.

The Kalingo, now discharging Australian cargo at Napier, is to leave there tomorrow for Wellington. She will leave here again next Tuesday for Newcastle, Sydney and Eden to load for Picton, Wanganui and Grey mouth. The Karetu, from Newcastle, I’ort Stephens and Sydney, is to leave Port Kembla to-day for Hobart to complete loading for Bluff, Dunedin, Oamaru, Timaru and Lyttelton. She will then return, via Bluff, to Sydney and Newcastle.

The Kauri, from Adelaide and is to leave Melbourne to-day for New Plymouth, Auckland, Napier and Wellington. The Kekerangu, from Newcastle and Sydney, reached Auckland yesterday. She is to leave there again on Saturday for Miramar to complete discharge and from here returns to Sydney. The Omana was to have left Bruce Bay yesterday for Bluff to complete loading for Melbourne. She will then load at Adelaide, Edithburg and Melbourne early in April for Auckland, Wellington and Lyttelton. The Waikouaiti, from Newcastle and Sydney, is now completing discharge at Lyttelton. From there she will proceed to ’’ort Chalmers for survey. Waitaki, from Newcastle and Sydney, was to have left Napier yesterday for Gisborne to complete discharge. Wanganella’s Passengers The Huddart. Parker motor-liner Wanganella arrived at Wellington yesterday morning from Sydney and berthed at No. 1 south Queen’s Wharf. PORT HOBART TO-MORROW. The Port Line motor-ship Port Hobart did not leave Auckland until noon yesterday, and is now due at Wellington to-mor-row morning to continue discharge of her Liverpool cargo. ARAWA’S MOVEMENTS. The Shaw, Savill liner Arawa is’ now expected to leave Bluff to-night for New Plymouth and Wellington to complete her Homeward loading. She is due here on Marell 24 and is scheduled to clear this port finally on March 27 for Southampton and London via the Panama Canal and Kingston. RUAHINE AT COLON. Cabled advice has been received by the New Zealand Shipping Company that its liner Ruahine reached Colon on Tuesday. She is en route from London, with a cargo of basic slag for Bluff, where she is due on April 7. AORANGI LEAVES VANCOUVER. The C.-A. motor-liner Aorangi was scheduled to leave Vancouver yesterday for Honolulu, Suva, Auckland and Sydney. She is due at Auckland on April 5. KAIWARRA WITH PHOSPHATES. The Union Company’s Kaiwarra was to have left Nauru Island yesterday with a cargo of phosphates for Auckland, where she' is due on March 28. WAN G A N El. LA ’ S TR A N SIIIP MEN T S. The Wanganella, which arrived at Wellington yesterday morning from Sydney had transhipments ex Kyokkok Maru, Orama, Jervis Bay and Mundra. MELBOURNE MARU AT AUCKLAND. Delayed by bad weather, the O-S.K. Line motor-ship Melbourne Maru did not reach Auckland until C p.m. yesterday from Japan. She is now due at Wellington next Monday morning to continue discharge. PORT TAURANGA IN PORT. Captain A. F. Watclilln's new intercolonial motor-ship Port Tauranga is due at Wellington this morning from Lyttelton, and will berth at No. 6 Queen’s Wharf to discharge London cargo and to load for Auckland She is to leave again to-night or to-morrow for Auckland- Holm ana Co. are the local agents.
