The proixisal to establish a junior league received the full support of delegates at yesterday’s annual meeting of the Federated Societies for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals and it was decided to refer the necessary .steps required for the league’s formalion, and its constitution, to th executive committee which will submit a repeat to the next annual federation meeting.
