Spanish Supervision Plan

Rugby, February 5.
The British Government communicated to the Non-Intervention Committee yesterday a reply favourable to the committee’s proposed scheme for control and supervision of the arrival of war material and foreign nationals destined for the rival parties to the Spanish conflict. It is hoped that the replies from the other countries wh ch are still outstanding will be available for consideration by the meeting of the chairman’s sub-committee of the International Committee next week.
