Arrival at Auckland To-day By Telegraph—Press Association. Auckland, November 17 Sir James Parr, former High Commissioner for New Zealand in London, is due at Auckland to-morrmy morning by the Rangitata and will be ten dered a civic reception at the Town Hall on Thursday morning Baler Sir James will lie the guest of honour at a luncheon to be given by the Auckland Grammar School Old Boys’ Association, when he will speak cm international affairs.
