Waipukurau Sale Dominion Special Service. Waipukuran, November 17. There were small yarding in all sections at the weekly Waipukurau sale today. Fat cattle were in good demand, values showing an upward tendency, otherwise prices were maintained at rates prevailing of late. The top price for fat cattle was for an attractive Jersey bullock at. £lO/17/-; prime P.A., £lO/10/-; prime Hereford heifer, £9; good shorthorn cross cow, £8; nine P.A. store cows, calves at foot, £B/6/-; ten three-year P.A. heifers, £8; 29 two-year do., ±7/7/-; three, £B/5/-; one prime woolly wether hogget. 27/7: maiden ewe, 27/3; 16 heavy woolly ewes, 2b/4; seven good shorn wethers, 24/6; 12 m.s. Southdown two-tooths, 20/6; 13 medium shorn twotooth store ewes, 27/-; 12 wethers, 21/212 shorn ewes, in lamb, 12/7.
