A ballot of Wellington /Waterside workers belonging to the union is to be held to-day to decide whether the present system of employment shall continue, or whether a bureau system, as at Lyttelton, shall be introduced, q’iie voting will take place between 7.30 a.m. and 6 p.m„ ail union members, harbour board employees included, being eligible to vote.
