Sixteen Horses Arrive From Dominion

Sydney. November I L J. T. Jamieson received 16 horses troni New Zealand by the Wangauella. Four of the team, Upoko Ariki, Country Party, Yerrapie, and Latharna, are known to racegoers here, but the remainder have not yet raced. They coinpri.se eight two-year-olds and four lb rec-year-olds.
Jamieson was recently granted a number 2 trainer’s licence, which permits him to train on courses other than Randwick, dating from yesterday, and L. Bartie receives a jockey’s licence dating also from yesterday. Jamieson and Bartle wore disqualified last year after an inquiry iiiio Country Party’s win in tbo Batman, Stakes at tho Melbourne Cup nice ting.
