William Charlton, carpenter, aged 51, was lined fl in default three days’ imprisonment by Mr. E. D. Mosley, S.M., in the Magistrate’s Court, Wellington, yesterday, on a charge of committing a breach of a prohibition order. On a charge of drunkenness he was convicted and discharged, and for damaging a police raincoat, to the value of 5/- he was convicted and ordered to pay for the damage.
