CHARGE OF NEGLIGENT DRIVING
By Telegraph—Press Association. Greymouth, September 16. In the Magistrate’s Court John Cyril O’Donnell, aged- 27, a trucker, was charged with negligently driving a car at Greymouth on August 29, thereby causing the death of a motor-cyclist, William Ramsay Burt. Accused was also charged with failing to stop after the accident. He was remanded on bail for a Week.
