The latter arc being quoted to arrive nt 15/6 per crate. There is a steady demand for horse feed. Chaff is unchanged at £B/12/6 per ton, while the southern firmne.se in oats 'has brought the local price of B gartons up to 4/4 per bushel. Maize is still very scarce and merchants have raised their selling rates to 6/11 per bushel. an almost prohibitive figure.
