Lourdes, September 13. Less than 30 miles from war-wreck-ed Spain, 150,000 ex-soldiers, including delegations from France, Germany. England. Italy, and Canada, are praying for peace. French ex-soldiers assembled in force on the railway platform to greet the Germans, and warmly embraced their former enemies
