APOLLO WOMEN’S CLUB
The monthly meeting of the Apollo Women’s Club was held) at - the University Women’s Clubrooms' recently. The secretary reported that a further function, in aid of the music fund had befen held with very satisfactory financial results. A bfMi&reveniflg-was arranged as a final effort for the vear, and -thanks were extended ;to all. those who had assisted in this feature of the club’s activities. Members- were then entertained with musical programme arranged by Miss ; Hoagies, the: soloists being-Mrs , Lewis, Mrs. Montgomery. Miss Robson, Miss Russell and Mrs. H. Thomas, Supper was served by . Miss _W Stanley, Mrs. Tickner .and Miss Douglas.
