WHALING DISPUTE
Settlement Imminent (Received September 14, 7.40 p.ra.) London, September 14. Tile “Daily Telegraph's” diplomatic correspondent says that a settlement of the whaling dispute is imminent. Norway, while maintaining her stand that there is necessity for certain restrictions in the whaling industry, will no longer oppose exceptions in favour of the Unilever and Salvesen comnanies
