Extraordinary Grant For Fighting Services (Received September 14, 8.20 p.m.) London, September 14, The “Daily. Telegraph's” Rome correspondent reports that Signor Mussolini informed Cabinet that an extraordinary grant of an unknown amotint will be allocated to enable the‘army, navy and air-force to face ,any eventuality. It is believed that Sigpor Mussolini has laid down a four-year plan to complete war equipment. The commissariat for arms factories controls 1000 establishments, so that the industry is almost entirely nationalised.
