BOYCOTT BY ITALIANS
League of Nations Union Ball at Sydney Sydney, July 27. The Consul-General for Italy, Dr. P. Vitafinzi, has declined to act as vice-president of the international ball committee, and has stated that the Italian community will not take any part in the function, which is being arranged by the League of Nations Union. Dr. Vitafinzi explained that the Italian community is taking up this attitude because of the bitter and hostile attitude displayed by the League of Nations Union against Italy in regard to the Italo-Abyssinian war.
