tile Agency, Co., Ltd., report at Feilding sale on Friday fair yardings of all classes of sheep and store cattle, and a very large yarding of dairy stock. Fat sheep again met with a strong demand, good quality ewes and wethers selling fully up to'last week’s rates, though inferior and unfinished sorts were easier. Prices for good breeding ewes remained firm on last week’s sale. There was a good entry of good quality hoggets, and these sold readily at prices in advance of late rates. The yarding of dairy cattle was greatly in excess of the demand, nevertheless good quality heifers sold at lates, but inferior heifers and cows were neglected. Fat dairy cattle again met with a stronger demand than run sorts, selling fully up to late rates.
