Levy and Guaranteed Quota PREDICTION IN LONDON By Telegraph—Press Assn. —Copyright (Received July 24, 7.45 p.m.) London, July 24. Senor Dodero, chairman of the Argentine Chamber of Commerce iu Britain, at the annual meeting, foreshadowed a levy on Argentine beef of three-farthings a pound and a guaranteed quota for three years from November 7. He added that, he did not believe that the Dominions with or without a levy, would be able to increase a production or improve the quality of their products in order adequately to meet the demands of the British market.
