These properties, which adjoin, are on the main road about 4 miles north of Featherston and are suitable for sheep, cattle and agricultural farming. A water race race runs through both properties. Term —Five years from August 14. 1936. Alternative tenders are invited for a lease of both pieces of land together or for each separately. Conditions of tender may be inspected at, and any further particulars obtained from, the Offices of the Public Trustee at Masterton or Carterton, where forms of tender may also be obtained. A deposit equal to six months’ rent at the rate tendered must accompany each tender.

The highest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted. Tenders close at 11.30 a.m. on Saturday, August 1, 1936, at the Office of the District Public Trustee, Masterton, to whom tenders are to be addressed, enclosed in sealed envelopes and marked “Estate of A.
