Mrs. Leith Napier, Auckland, is a visitor to Wellington.

Lady Angela Dawnay is staying in Auckland at Hotel Cargen. Mr. and Mrs. E. Quinn, Maori Bank, are touring in the South Island. Mrs. R. Fitzgerald and Misses J. and L. Fitzgerald, Wellington, are visiting Whakatane. Miss Dorothy Skinner is a Christchurch visitor to Wellington, and is staying at the Midland Hotel. Miss D. Allen, Bealey Avenue, Christchurch, has returned from a visit to friends at Wellington and Lower Hurt. Mrs. F. E. Ward, 21 Tinakori Road, will leave to-morrow for a visit to Mrs W. Glenn, Wanganui. Mr. and Mrs. H. E. Dryden, Karori, are going to live at Paekakariki for a few months, having let their house to Mr. and Mrs. Little.

Mrs. Algar Williams, Featherston, who is visiting her sister, Miss Phyllis Boyle, St. Elmo Courts, Christchurch, will leave to-night on her return north. Miss Marjorie Murie, who has been staying with her sister, Mrs. John A Allen, Mount Eden, Auckland, is visiting the Chateau before returning to Wellington. Mrs. A. J. Banks, Taita, is spending a few days with her daughter, Miss Trevor Hunter, and her niece, Miss Peggy Strachan, Wanganui. Mr. and Mrs. A. P. Boyle, Amberley, w’ere staying at the Hotel St. George before leaving for Auckland, from where they will sail to-day by the Aorangi for Honolulu. Major and Mrs.' R. S. Hunter-Blair. Heaton Street. Christchurch, passed through Wellington during the week-end ■on their way to Auckland. They will leave there by the Aorangi for Suva ■to-day.
