RETURNED SOLDIERS’ DANCE

As a conclusion to the Anzac Stamp Campaign, a dance was held in the R.S.A. rooms, Lower Hutt, on Saturday evening. During the evening the president, Mr. B. Pattinson. -warmly thanked the committee for their activities of the past six weeks in connection with the campaign, and said that the results quite came up to expectations. A home-made supper was served, and a very sociable time spent. Mr. C. Hislop was M.C., and Assheton Harbord’s orchestra provided the music.
