More Than Sixty Debutantes
A record number of debutantes will be presented to his Grace Archbishop O’Shea at the Charity Ball on Wednesday. THEATRE AND SUPPER
Mr. and Mrs, Maurice Ham recently entertained a party of young friends in honour of their daughter, Constance, at the Majestic lounge. After attending the cinema a delicious supper was served to the guests on the cabaret balcony. Mrs. Ham received her guests wearing a smartly-cnt black french crepe frock with a spray of pink roses. Her daughter.wore a frock cut on Victorian lines with a stiffened shell pink net skirt appliqued with roses edged with silver, and tiny frills at tbe hem. The pink satin bodice had a frilled net fichu, and she also wore a pink and silver plaited headband. The guests included: Mr. and Mrs. L. Carey, Mr. and Mrs. E. Whiteacre. Mr. and Mrs. H.
