ALEXANDER.—On June 21, 1936, at Wellington, Louisa (Tot), dearly beloved wife of Edward Gordon Alexander of Clyde Street, Foxton; aged 48 years.

ALLEN.—On June 19, 1936, at Wellington, Mary Eliza, wife of the late Captain Ernest Frederick Allen, of Apia, Samoa; aged 53 years.

ALLEN.—On June 19, 1936, at Wellington, Mary Eliza Allen, of Apia, Samoa, beloved mother of Mrs. A. J. Parr and Rupert and Norman Allen, and sister of Mrs. F. A. Turner, 97 Grafton Road, Roseneath, Wellington.

BAILEY.—On June 21, 1936, at her residence, Ohakea, Frances Mitchell, widow of the late James Alexander Bailey; aged 75 years. (No flowers, by request.)
