McCready Beats Russell

In a solid exhibition of wrestling in which matwork was not sacrificed for excessive showmanship, Earl McCready (lefeated “Cowboy” Russell by the only fall of the match, secured in the sixth round of a professional bout at Hamilton last evening. Both men gave good displays, and while McCready held a decided advantage in height and strength, his opponent gave a plucky exhibition and proved an excellent foil for the Canadian.
