Charged with tampering with electric lines, and with stealing electricity, valued at 2d., from the Hutt Valley Electric Power Board, Harold Roland Rubick was convicted by Mr. H. P. Lawry in the Lower Hutt Court yesterday. On the charge of tampering he was fined £2 and he was convicted and discharged on the other charge. Sergeant J. W.
