Sixth Dividend Payable At the monthly meeting of directors of Works-op Extended Gohl Dredging Co., Ltd., a dividend (the sixth) of 10 per cent., free of income tax. on the capital of the company was declared. The dividend will be payable at the company's ollb’e, Beefton, on and after July 0. This dividend will absorb fl GOO, The transfer books of the company will be closed from July 1 to 6, both days inclusive. A sum of £l6O has been added to the special reserve fund, which now stands nt £960. With the above dividend included, this makes a total of GO per cent, on the capital invested which has been paid to shareholders since dredging operations commenced in August, 1934,
