MEMBERS OF OPERA COMPANY NEARLY FREEZE During the recent terrific gales that swept New Zealand, the inter-island steamer express, carrying tts passengers members of a well-known opera company, took three hours to berth at Lyttelton in the midst of an icy southerly gale.
