Six desperate lepers escaped from tlie Culioii Island leper station, killed seven persons, ami to-day were believed to be en route for Borneo. The lepers were armed and were under the leadership of one called Ab diillah. They killed four fishermen in order to obtain the tatters’ boat, and then, stopping at Abenbo Island, they killed three more persons and robb-d Chinese stores.
