LLOYD’S SURVEYOR

Retirement of Mr. D. K. Blair Mr. David K. Blair, surveyor to Lloyd’s Register of Shipping, who has held that position for 15 years and who, previously, was for 19 years surveyor to the British Corporation, will retire at the end of June. Mr. Biair will be succeeded by Engineer Lieutenant-Commander George David Lidgett R.N. (ret.), A.M.I. •Mech.E., who at present holds the position of Government inspector of machinery and surveyor of ships for the Hamilton district.
